Jessey’s baseball journey began at the age of eight with a local club, the Frogs in Zaandam. Showing early promise and a passion for the game, he moved three years later to the Flying Petrels in Purmerend. It was here that his potential was recognized, earning him an invitation to try out for Future Stars, a premier national travel team program.

Joining Future Stars opened the door to extensive international competition. Jessey represented the program in three major tournaments in Aruba, two European Pony League tournaments in Prague (U14 & U16), and the Pony U19 tournament in Stuttgart, Germany. Competing against top international talent accelerated his development, and his performance caught the attention of regional scouts. On the recommendation of his coaches, Jessey earned a roster spot on the U21 team of the Amsterdam Pirates—one of the premier baseball organizations in the Netherlands.

While playing in Amsterdam, Jessey helped lead the Amsterdam Region team to a Dutch National Little League Championship. This victory earned them a spot at the Senior League Baseball World Series European Qualifier in Novara, Italy, where they finished as impressive European runners-up.

Following his international success, Jessey was invited to join the prestigious Diamonds Baseball Academy. Standing at an imposing 6'5" (1.95m) as a Left-Handed Pitcher (LHP), Jessey presents a rare combination of physical presence, leverage, and projectability on the mound that immediately sets him apart. Throughout the 2026 season with the Academy, he continued to refine his craft, returning to the Prague Pony U16 tournament and leading his team to a second-place finish in the highly competitive Dutch Instructional League.

With a rich background of international tournament experience, elite academy training, and high physical upside as a tall lefty, Jessey is fully prepared to take the next step and make an immediate impact in US college baseball for the Class of 2027.
