Made Scholarships processes your data when you use our website and services and/or when you provide it to us yourself. Below you will find an overview of the personal data that we process:

How long do we keep your personal data?
Made Scholarships does not keep your data longer than is strictly necessary to achieve the purposes for which your information is collected. You can submit a request at any time to have your data deleted. This can be done by sending your request by mail or by e-mail to us.
In case a legally stipulated minimum retention period applies, your data can only be deleted after the set term.
The minimum retention period of debtors and creditors administration is 7 years, based on the Law on State Taxes.

Made Scholarships will only share your data with third parties if this is necessary for the execution of the agreement and to comply with any legal obligation. Please black out your passport photo, MRZ (machine readable zone, the strip with numbers at the bottom of the passport), passport number, and citizen service number in this copy. This is to protect your privacy. We respond as quickly as possible, but within four weeks, to your request.
