Twan Gieling

Personal Information

Twan is someone with a great personality and a positive attitude. In his free time he likes to engage activities with his friends. he loves to play sports and has played sports his whole life. He has played Baseball since he was 5 years old. He has also played soccer for 5 years. Twan graduated from highschool in 2025 and is now in his gap year working to make some money. And he is training for the new baseball season. In school he works hard. He is very interested in history and geography. Twan would like to study and play baseball in the USA in 2026. That has been his number one goal since he started playing baseball.

Athletic Information

Twan is playing baseball for 13 years now. By the age of 9 he was already playing at the highest level of his age group. He also played a few international tournaments. His first international tournament was in 2018 when he played in the little League Europe-africa region tournament in Poland. In 2023 and 2025 he played at pony palomino in Stuttgart. In 2023 he also had a great run with his senior League Baseball team all the way to the senior League Baseball world series. He played great at the European qualifiers with 12 RBI’s in 5 games and a batting average of 0.412. In 2023 he also made his debut in the men’s first division in the Netherlands at 16 years old. 2024 was his first full season in the men’s first division after a great season he helped his team to the 6th place in the League. In 2025 he played his second season in the men’s first division helping his team to the 5th place in the League.

Twan is a very good contact hitter who knows what to do with runners on base and gets on base a lot. He is a first baseman with great fielding and picking skills at first base.
