    Athletic Information

Water polo has been Cas’s biggest passion from a young age. He has played the sport his entire life and has consistently trained with the goal of reaching the highest possible level. His dedication and work ethic have enabled him to compete at both elite youth level and senior men’s level in the Netherlands.

Cas is known as a true team player with strong game awareness and the ability to remain composed in high-pressure situations. He reads the game well, maintains a clear overview, and consistently makes smart decisions under stress. Offensively and defensively versatile, he primarily plays in positions 2, 4, and 5, but can also step in as a center back when needed.

He currently plays for Schuurman BZC’s men’s first team, competing in the Second Division, while also representing Het Ravijn U18 in the Eredivisie U18, the highest youth division in the country. Cas is now in his fourth year within Het Ravijn’s youth program, one of the strongest water polo programs in the Netherlands.

Throughout his youth career, Cas has achieved notable team success, including:

    National Champion U15

    3rd place – U17 National Championships

    3rd place – U18 National Championships

His combination of high-level competitive experience, positional flexibility, mental toughness, and team-first mentality makes Cas a strong candidate for collegiate water polo programs.
