Boris Evertse

Personal Information

Boris is a 17-year-old young man who grew up with his parents and younger sister in Goes, The Netherlands. He is an athletic and ambitious boy who strives to be the best in all the things he does.

Boris is a calm, social, positive young man who cares a lot about the well-being of the people around him and also wants to help other people. He works best in a team where everyone is good together and where he has a good relationship with his coach and teammates. A good and positive atmosphere is key for Boris.

Boris graduated from high school (HAVO-level) in May 2023 and decided to take a gap year after his graduation. He is planning to start his bachelor degree majoring psychology in The Netherlands in the Fall of 2024. He would like to continue this degree at an American university in the Fall of 2025 He is scheduled to take his TOEFL in the Fall of 2024.

Athletic Information

Boris is a 6ft, creative left-footed central defender who is comfortable with his right foot. He can also play as left back or a central devensive midfielder. His good passing en technique makes him comfertable with the ball. He is extreme calm on the ball, has an excellent tactical vision and helps and motivates his teammates by his strong positive verbal abilities. Which makes him a good leader on the pitch. Boris is someone who always wants to work hard, doesn't mind doing extra things for the sport, which is his passion. He has a mentality which will be liked in the USA. In addition, he is fast and physically strong. He is absolutely a positive asset to your team in every kind of way (That's a promise).

Boris currently plays for the first U19 team of VV Kloetinge, at the highest Dutch national U-19 level (1st Division).
