Athletic Information

Silver started playing tennis at the age of 6. She is a 6 ft, strong, athletic, all-round tennis player whose best quality is being able to read her opponents and change her playing style accordingly during a match. Her strong points are her serve and solid ground strokes. Silver is a hard worker, very coachable, and a team player.

Throughout her junior career, she was top 10 in the in her age group in the Netherlands, with a 2nd place as her highest. She successfully played the Ten-PRO tour and the Tennis Europe circuit, reaching many finals.

In July 2021, she represented the Netherlands in the European championships. In September 2021 she qualified and played Les Petits As in Tarbes.

Silver's current UTR is 8.25 (highest 8.32) and for the next few months, she has planned some ITF Tournaments after her finals exams.

Silver sees college tennis as a way to reach and maximize her full potential. She hopes to improve her tennis, work hard, and be able to contribute to her team under the guidance of a strong college coach.
