Fiona was born and raised in Switzerland. As a MADE Scholarships alumni she was awarded a scholarship to play tennis at Lindsey Wilson College in Columbia, Kentucky. Throughout her college career, Fiona reached a top-19 national ranking in singles and top-2 ranking in doubles. She was named All-Americans, ITA Senior of the Year, and Scholar-Athletes Honors. Her team reached two semi-finals and two finals in the National Tournament held in Mobile, Alabama. She graduated Magna Cum Laude with a Bachelor of Recreation, Tourism, and Sport Management degree in December 2018. She is planning on pursuing a Master Degree in Sport Management.
