Personal and Academic Information

Kiki is a 16 year old girl who loves to compete in various sports. Besides volleyball, Kiki also likes to go horse back riding, run, and to play tennis. Kiki is a good student and currently a senior at the Twents Carmel College de Thij in Oldenzaal, graduating in May of 2012. She will be taking the SAT in January and the TOEFL in February of 2012. Upon completion of these exams, she will be eligible to compete in both NCAA and NAIA. 

Kiki's dream is now to combine volleyball at a top level and studying in the USA to grow as a player as well as a person.

Athletic Information

Kiki started to play volleyball when she was 6 years old and soon her talents were recognized. During her junior career, Kiki has always played at the top level for her club Set-Up 65, winning many individual and team awards.

She is currently playing as a setter for her team Set-Up 65. Some of her strengths include her speed, game intelligience, and her drive to score points as a setter. Together with her strong serve and good invented ‘second balls’ she also can be one of the top scorers. Kiki is a hard worker (both on as well as off the court) who loves to compete.

Kiki took part in the the Dutch national youth championships (asics open) the last 5 years where she was nominated for being the best player of the league several times. Here are the results:
